Workshops & Events
Our yoga workshops, series classes, and special events are a great opportunity to learn the basics of yoga or to take your practice to the next level in a more dedicated space. In a workshop setting, time and intention allow us to thoughtfully and thoroughly explore anatomy, philosophy, meditation and mantra, the greater spectrum of Yoga studies. These gatherings also provide “sangha” or community and support in the sharing of Yoga, which is, at times, a demanding path. A weekend intensive is special and can often feel like an in-town retreat without the expense or fuss of travel. Our popular Yoga 101 offerings are ideal for those who are brand new to yoga, who aren’t used to group classes and might not be comfortable in them. They are also ideal for those who haven’t been active in a while, are recovering from injury, or want to learn more about the foundations of the practice of yoga.
