Our Yoga 101 Workshops are a great opportunity to learn the basics of yoga in a small group setting, with more individualized attention. Ideal for those who are brand new to yoga, who aren’t used to group classes and might not be comfortable in them. This workshop is also ideal for those who haven’t been active in a while, are recovering from injury, or want to learn more about the foundations of the practice of yoga. Work with the same highly qualified instructor and learn yoga in a more methodical way. We offer 4-week and weekend sessions on a monthly basis. Still Unsure Where to Begin?
Yoga 101 is the safest bet although many people with yoga experience or those who are more active would be fine buying our intro offer and jumping right in to our regular classes. Check our online schedule and read the class descriptions to see what sounds like a good fit. In general, Hatha and Basics are good for everyone, young, old, stiff, or strong. Yin and Restorative are also good for everyone, but are a bit slower and methodical, more focused on flexibility. Vinyasa is more active and quicker paced.
