In general, our Hatha and Basics classes are good for everyone, young, old, stiff, or strong. Yin and Restorative are also good for everyone, but are a bit slower and methodical, more focused on flexibility and meditation. Vinyasa is more fluid, active and quicker paced, active types are more drawn to it. Strong Vinyasa is considered our hardest class in many ways, not recommended for complete new students.
