We are what we eat. There’s no getting around this. A good diet is rich in whole food and contains little processed food. Whole foods are just what they sound like: as close to their natural state as possible. The more aware we become of our physical states through yoga, naturally we pay closer attention to what we consume.

Our Café serves lunch from 11-3 Monday through Saturday. The food is a variety of vegetarian, vegan and raw dishes made from 80-100% locally-grown, organic ingredients. We feature fresh and vibrant main dishes, salads, soups, desserts, juices and teas drawing from the inspiration of the farmers market. We’re proud to source our produce from Big Tony’s Organics, Finley Farms and LeFort Organics, to name a few. Roxanne’s Cafe is a food oasis where you can enjoy healthy, rejuvenating and delicious food.
